There is a curfew for all military stationed or deployed to in the Republic Of Korea. This is not only a curfew for Osan Air Base and Songtan, but all of Korea. The curfew is recommended for all DoD civilians and contractors, but not required. Service members must be on a military installation, private residence or their place of lodging at the time of curfew.
Currently the curfew hours are as follows.
The curfew applies to:

All U.S. active duty members who are assigned to USFK (PCS or TDY)

All individuals subject to Article 2 of the UCMJ

All dependants of U.S. service members supporting USFK

U.S. citizen civilian employees of the DoD and contractors (this has been changed to recommended)
Exceptions. Members are allowed to travel from installation to installation/personal residence for the following reasons.
- Attendance at a on-installation activity
- Installation MWR sponsored event
- A unit sponsored recreational event that was approved by the first O-6 in the chain-of-command
- Official duty
